山椒魚の拠点とSNSについて
山椒魚は、2017年に広島で始まった、スパイス料理と日本酒の店です。
スパイスを入り口に、土地の季節や人の営みが感じられる料理を作りたいと思っています。
広島市内の店舗で地元の旬の食材を扱うだけでなく、
広島県北部・北広島町大朝の自分たちの農園で、ハーブや蕎麦、野菜を育てています。
畑で育てたものが、台所を通って皿の上へ。
そんな 畑から食卓への取り組みも、山椒魚の大切な柱です。
現在は、場所や役割の異なる拠点・ブランドを持ちながら、同じ想いのもとで活動しています。

The Story of Sanshouo
Sanshouo is a Japan-based culinary project that began in Hiroshima in 2017.
Rooted in spice cooking and sake culture, we work closely with local producers and our own farm in Oasa, northern Hiroshima, where we grow herbs, buckwheat, and vegetables.
Through our restaurant in Hiroshima, our regional base in Shimane, and our online kitchen, we share food as a way to connect land, seasons, and people — from farm to table.
